To zoom in and out use these keys:

To zoom in: Hold down [Ctrl] and press the [+] key                  & 
To zoom out: Hold down [Ctrl] and press the [-] key                & 
To return to normal: Hold down [Ctrl] and press the [0] key    & 

Text readers are very useful.  Copy the text you want to hear into them and you can listen to it on your speakers or headphones.
